  • Scott Pool

    Founder/President

    With over 30 years of experience in golf course design and construction, Scott Pool has worked alongside industry leaders, including Pete Dye, on iconic courses like Kiawah Island’s Ocean Course and Blackwolf Run. Since founding his practice in 1991, he has developed award-winning courses across the U.S. and is known for integrating advanced 3D modeling technology to restore and refine golf greens. Scott is also an Emmy Award recipient for his work on Golf Channel’s Putting Line technology.

  • Kyle Johnson

    Vice President, Operations & Technology
    Kyle Johnson leads operations and technical services at GreenScan 3D, overseeing laser scanning, 3D modeling, and AutoCAD projects nationwide and internationally. With over a decade of experience in LiDAR scanning and as an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot, he manages projects from data capture to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Kyle works closely with project teams to transform complex site conditions into precise, actionable 3D data.

    Scan Technician
    Wiley Rivera specializes in field data collection, using terrestrial laser scanning and drone technology to capture high-quality site data. As an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot, he plays a key role in producing accurate 3D models that support golf course design, renovation, and long-term management.
